The challenge
The client required a new drying facility capable of processing large production volumes without compromising reliability, product quality or operational flexibility. The installation needed to receive slurry from seven crystallizers operating under different process conditions while allowing production of both wet and dry salt. At the same time, downtime, dust emissions and maintenance requirements had to be kept to an absolute minimum.
The solution
Titan Salt designed, manufactured and integrated a complete dryer building around the client’s production process. The system combines two high-capacity slurry highways, intelligent head tanks, custom-designed switch boxes, advanced NaCl dryers and integrated dust collection into one automated installation.
Every component was engineered as part of one continuous process rather than as individual machines. From slurry transport to the final dry product, the entire installation was optimized for stable operation, smooth product flow and long-term reliability. Manufacturing of the critical equipment took place in-house in the Netherlands, ensuring quality control throughout the project.

The completed installation delivers reliable, high-capacity salt drying with exceptional operational flexibility.
Through innovative slurry transport, optimized dryer design and intelligent process integration, the client benefits from extended runtimes, low maintenance requirements and the ability to switch efficiently between wet and dry salt production without interrupting operations. The installation also provides sufficient scalability to support future capacity expansion.
